About Justin
Justin is an executive coach whose passion is helping high-performing, purpose-driven teams make faster, better decisions. He does this by working alongside leaders to build exceptionally cohesive, aligned teams; radically improving their meetings; and solving the deep-rooted challenges holding their organizations back.
He spent the first five years of his career in sales and sales management at an exceptionally fast-paced Fortune 300 sales organization where success required learning how to solve problems and improve systems for small and medium-sized businesses.
Eventually, however, a voice that had long been calling him to explore the social sector became too loud to ignore. He jumped to the opposite professional extreme and joined a small nonprofit that turned at-risk youth into published authors. Within a year, he was appointed interim executive director, where he helped the organization not only survive its first leadership transition, but convert that experience into three consecutive years of 30% year-over-year growth while improving outcome quality for the youth they served.
Through these two vastly different roles, he learned that no matter the context, solving people challenges and priority misalignment is almost always the biggest available lever for growth. He saw firsthand that when you can get people across different parts of an organization rowing in the same direction and working cohesively together, exceptional results follow.
Along with more than a decade of his own leadership experience, Justin brings extensive training and credentials from Patrick Lencioni's acclaimed suite of organizational health tools, including The Advantage and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. In 2020, he was a founding member of the Table Group's Consultants and Practitioners Alliance, training under Lencioni directly. Soon after, he was selected as one of 10 Master Facilitators in North America to help "train the trainers" on the Table Group's Working Genius Model, which he continues to do today.
