Justin Self is an Executive Coach whose passion is helping high-performing, purpose-driven teams become more cohesive and strategically aligned by identifying practical, relevant solutions to the deep-rooted challenges holding them back.

Along with more than a decade of his own leadership experience, Justin brings to his work extensive training and credentials from Patrick Lencioni's acclaimed suite of organizational health tools, including The Advantage and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

In 2020, he was a founding member of The Table Group's CAPA Pro consultants and practitioners alliance, trained directly under Patrick Lencioni. He is designated as just one of 10 Master Facilitators in North America qualified to deliver the acclaimed Working Genius Model.
